All orders are made on a pre-order basis. The shipping date will be reflected per each item. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Please note, USPS does not deliver on Sunday or select U.S. holidays—those days are not included when estimating delivery time.

Domestic orders are required to pay all shipping expenses, including shipping fees for returns.

• USPS estimated delivery time is between 5-7 business days.*

• USPS Priority Mail estimated delivery time is between 2-5 business days.*

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International or UPS Wordwide. Please note, USPS does not deliver on Sunday or select holidays—those days are not included when estimating delivery time.

International orders are required to pay all shipping expenses, including shipping fees for returns.

• USPS First Class Mail International estimated delivery time is between 8-20 business days.*

• UPS Wordwide estimated delivery time is between 1-5 business days.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Creator Collection is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@thecreatorcollection.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

We are unable to shop to PO boxes at this time.
